TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following carefully. We are fully committed to providing you
with a safe and fun event.

You agree with the non-refundable registration fee of Afl. 50,- per person, to be done no later then 2 days after registration at Surfside Beach Bar.

Your agreement with these terms releases Surfside Beach Bar from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the Strongman Competition. By accepting this agreement, you agree to hold Surfside Beach Bar entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

You also acknowledge the risks involved in the Strongman Competition. These include but are not limited to death and/or fatal injury, physical injury, emotional damage. You swear that you are participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to you. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that will increase your likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By sagreeing with these terms, you forfeit all right to bring a suit against Surfside Beach Bar for any reason. You will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. You will ask for clarification when needed.
